Change of mind returns and exchanges
Phunki does not offer change of mind returns or exchanges on any of our products due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty/incorrect products
If you have been sent a faulty or incorrect product we are able to offer an exchange or store credit on that product. 

Please email us (phunkinz@gmail.com) within 5 days of receiving your order if the product is faulty when you receive it, or is the incorrect product. Include order number, product name, and photos of faulty or incorrect product.
