Postage + processing

Phunki’s standard processing time for all orders is 3 business days. Most products are already in stock and are ready to post, but some are made to order due to high demand. 

Postage within New Zealand 
- NZ standard shipping $5 
- NZ rural shipping $10
- NZ courier post $7

All orders are shipped with NZ Post. NZ Post aims to deliver orders within 3 business days for NZ standard post, 4 business days for NZ rural post, and next working day for NZ courier post. All orders will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation. 

Christchurch pick up
We are able to offer free contactless pickup in Christchurch on some orders. Please select Christchurch pickup at checkout. 

Please note pickup orders may take more than 3 business days to organise collection, if you require your items urgently please contact us before placing your order. 

International postage
Phunki can ship internationally. The prices for each region will be calculated at checkout and we are unable to provide a delivery time frame for these orders due to COVID-19 restrictions around the world.
